Faulty Products, Exchanges & Refunds
Shipping Guarantee
Customer satisfaction is paramount at swhouse.com.au. If for some reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, please return your unopened goods to swhouse.com.au within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund or credit on any goods that are returned either without the original packaging or with unreasonably damaged packaging.
The customer is responsible for any shipping charges on returned goods unless the item(s) being returned are as a result of an error on behalf of swhouse.com.au. Please contact our Sales Support Team via email at sales@swhouse.com.au to obtain a copy of our Returns Procedure prior to sendng back any returns.
*All approved refunds are credited back to the original credit card on which the order was purchased.
**Shipping charges of $10 will be payable if the returned product reduces the original order spend to below the Free Shipping thresold (currently $195).
Shipping Guarantee
All our goods are shipped via registered post or courier requiring signature upon receipt. This ensures the products will arrive without any problems. All shipments are also insured for any rare occassion when the goods are lost or damaged during transit.
